History of St Michael's. St Michael's Church settled in the picturesque Hodder Valley dates back to a period between being rebuilt in two years after the Battle of Waterloo. The Magnificent stained glass window depicts the birth of Christ and was put in around in memory of Edward Parker. The people are the true "church" of St. Michael, more important than any building.
